The event is unlocked in the browser you purchased it from. Make sure this is the same browser you initially bought the event from. If yes, you must have logged in on 3+ other devices and exceeded the limit. Up to 3 devices can be logged in at the same time - the ones after make the first ones log out.
My event was locked back (turned back to blue label “Order Now”) after I purchased it
