My stream buffers a lot

First, make sure you have the best internet connection possible. Test your connection with our test stream here.

You may want to downgrade to an SD stream if your internet connection does not allow for HD streaming (click on the Gear icon in the player).

If there is a stream interruption, we’ll post a message on the event page or in the event video itself. 

If there are no such messages, this is most probably a specific case with your setup and we’ll need to investigate. In this case, please contact our live support team using the button in the bottom right corner of this page or email support@trillertv.com .
