TrillerTV has a full money back guarantee policy if you're not able to watch the event due to event cancellation by the promoter or technical issues with signal delivery that prevent you from watching the event. For more information about refund eligibility, please refer to our Terms of Service.

To apply for a refund, please contact us at support@trillertv.com , include your Order ID and we'll process your refund for purchases on the web or will send you refund instructions for purchases from the appstores.
