It is possible you have used a different email to sign up for TrillerTV. Please contact us with as much info and alternative emails you might have used so we can check which one it is. 

If you have used iTunes sign in - please go to the Settings menu on your iPhone/iPad/Mac then Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps Using Your Apple ID. Use the email ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com to sign into TrillerTV.
