How to delete my TrillerTV account?

On Android

Please follow the steps below:

1. Open the TrillerTV app and go to your Account by selecting the icon on the top right of the app homescreen.
   
2. Tap on the first option with your name and email displayed with the settings icon shown next to them.
   

   

3. From the next screen select Delete account by pressing the Delete link on the right side.

   

4. A prompt will appear explaining what information will be permanently deleted by proceeding forward. If you are sure that you want to delete your account, select Confirm from the dialog. If you select the Cancel option, you will be returned to the Settings screen and your account will not be deleted.
   

   

5. If you have active subscriptions on TrillerTV, the next screen will display a list of them and you will be asked to cancel your subscriptions before deleting your account. You will need to visit the respective app store from which you have initially activated the subscription and to cancel it.  For example, go to Google Play - Select your account from the icon on the top right - Select Payment & subscriptions - Subscriptions - Select the subscription on TrillerTV - Select Cancel subscription button. Read these instructions if you have subscribed in a different way.
   
6. After canceling your subscriptions, go back to the TrillerTV app and re-initiate the account deletion process from step 1.
7. When there are no active subscriptions associated with your TrillerTV account, we will send a confirmation code to your email and a screen for entering the code will be displayed. Do not close the TrillerTV app while checking your email (check your spam folder too), copy the code and paste it in the field on the TrillerTV app and press the Confirm button.
   
   

   

   
   
   
8. If code matches, your account will be deleted, you will be logged out and returned to the first screen of the app. With this your TrillerTV account is permanently deleted.

On iOS

Please follow the steps below:

1. Open the TrillerTV app and go to your Account by selecting the icon on the top right of the app homescreen.
   
2. Tap on the first option with your name and email displayed with the settings icon shown next to them.
   

   

3. From the displayed screen select Delete account by pressing the Delete link on the right side.
   

   

4. A prompt will appear explaining what information will be permanently deleted by proceeding forward. If you are sure that you want to delete your account, select Confirm from the dialog. If you select the Cancel option, you will be returned to the Settings screen and your account will not be deleted.
   

   

    

5. If you have active subscriptions on TrillerTV, the next screen will display a list of them and you will be asked to cancel your subscriptions before deleting your account. You will need to visit the respective app store from which you have initially activated the subscription and to cancel it. For example, open the Settings app on your iPhone - Tap your name - Tap Subscriptions - Tap the subscription - Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled. Read these instructions if you have subscribed in a different way.
   
6. After canceling your subscriptions, go back to the TrillerTV app and re-initiate the account deletion process from step 1.
7. When there are no active subscriptions associated with your TrillerTV account, we will send a confirmation code to your email and a screen for entering the code will be displayed. Do not close the TrillerTV app while checking your email (check your spam folder too), copy the code and paste it in the field on the TrillerTV app and press the Confirm button.
   

   

8. If code matches, your account will be deleted, you will be logged out and navigated to the first screen of the app. With this your TrillerTV account is permanently deleted.
