Refund eligibility is governed by the TrillerTV Terms of Service. Below is a summary of the refund policy for each purchase type.
PPV and on-demand refunds
Refunds for PPV and on-demand purchases are processed within 24–72 hours and are eligible in the following cases:
- You made a double or multiple purchase by mistake using the same account
- The event was cancelled or the provider did not make the content available for streaming
- On-demand content was removed by the publisher after purchase
- More than 80% of the content had streaming issues (no sound, or poor sound and video quality)
- The content was misleading — the description did not match the actual content
Deadlines: Refund requests for live PPV events must be submitted within 48 hours after the broadcast ends. Refund requests for on-demand content must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
To request a refund, email support@trillertv.com with your Order ID. For app store purchases, we will send you refund instructions specific to your platform.
Subscription and membership refunds
Subscriptions and memberships are non-refundable unless purchased by accident or as a duplicate, and have not been used in any way. Refund requests on these grounds must be submitted to support@trillertv.com within 48 hours of purchase.
