TrillerTV uses adaptive bitrate streaming — if your connection is slow, the quality is automatically reduced to keep playback smooth.
Things to try:
- Test your connection first — follow this link
- Restart your router
- Move your device closer to the router or connect via ethernet cable
- Disconnect other devices from your WiFi
- Switch to SD quality using the Gear icon in the player
- Try a different browser or device
