For each PPV program or event you will see the price in USD as well as a purchase option.
If you order on the TrillerTV app, selecting purchase will take you to your app store and you can make the purchase there with an in-app purchase via your iTunes / Google Play account.
If you order on web, you have the option to buy with a credit card or via PayPal.
