How to redeem a coupon or promotional code

TrillerTV supports two types of codes:

• Coupon codes — unlock access to one or more PPVs, depending on how the coupon is configured. To redeem a coupon, see How to use a coupon for a free PPV.
• Promotional codes — carry discounts or special offers, such as time-limited deals, fixed-amount discounts, or percentage-off pricing.

To redeem a promotional code:

1. Go to the event or subscription you want to purchase on the TrillerTV website
2. Look for "Add Promotional Code" on the purchase screen
3. Enter your code — the updated price will be shown

Note: Both coupon and promotional codes can only be redeemed on the TrillerTV website, not in the mobile or TV apps. If you have the TrillerTV app installed, copy the PPV page URL, paste it into your browser, and complete the purchase there. Sign in with the same email to sync your purchase to the app.
