How do I cancel my subscription?

First, find where you subscribed. Look at the sender of your receipt or your bank statement: TrillerTV or Stripe means the TrillerTV website, otherwise it is Apple, Google Play, Amazon or Roku. A subscription can only be cancelled where it was started.

TrillerTV website. Sign in at trillertv.com/account/subscriptions, click Manage on the subscription you want to cancel, then Cancel subscription. Once it is cancelled, the "Cancel subscription" button is no longer shown.

Apple (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV). Open your device's Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select the subscription and tap Cancel Subscription. Apple's instructions.

Google Play. Open the Google Play Store, check that you are signed in with the correct Google account, tap Menu, tap Subscriptions, select the subscription, tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions. Google's instructions.

Amazon. Go to Your Account, select Your Apps under Digital content and devices, select Your Subscriptions under Manage, and cancel your TrillerTV subscription. Amazon's instructions.

Roku. Follow the steps in Roku's instructions.

Monthly Pass and Annual Pass. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your subscription stays active, with all its benefits, until the end of the period you have already paid for, whether that is a month or a year.
