I purchased the event but it still shows "Order Now"

If you just purchased and still see "Order Now":
The event unlocks automatically in the browser you purchased from and the label turns green ("Purchased - Waiting to start"). If you still see the blue "Order Now", make sure you are signed in — click "Sign In" in the top right corner and log in with your TrillerTV account.

If the event was unlocked but locked again:
Your purchase is tied to the browser you bought it from. If you've signed in on more than 3 devices simultaneously, the first devices are automatically signed out. Sign back in to regain access.
