I can't find my purchase confirmation email

Confirmation emails are sent from order@trillertv.com immediately after purchase. Check your spam/junk folder first.

If you still can't find it:

• Make sure you're checking the inbox of the email you used during purchase
• Confirm your payment went through with your payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, iTunes, Google Play, or Amazon)
• You may have used a different email to sign up — contact us at support@trillertv.com with any alternative emails and we'll look it up

If you signed in with Apple: go to Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps Using Your Apple ID and look for the email ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com — that's the email linked to your TrillerTV account.
